Lake Kariba is the world’s largest man-made lake and reservoir by volume, spanning a length of 220 km’s and an area of 5,580- square kilometres Running along the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, it is fed by the great Zambezi River which starts its 2700-kilometre journey in north-west Zambia and reaches the Indian Ocean through Mozambique.
